Rack Mount

Compact 64 channel Digital I/O Scan (DIOS) module for the JT 57xx/RMIc 19″ rack-mount chassis.

The module is designed to increase the test coverage of a printed circuit board. By connecting ‘boundary-scannable’ DIOS channels edge connectors and on-board connectors – and logic clusters accessed via those connectors – can also be tested and controlled in boundary-scan applications.

The JT 5111/RMIc has four 20-pin I/O connectors for the I/Os plus three 20-pin TAP ports (two TAP_IN and one TAP_OUT) These connectors are all at the front panel of the unit. The voltage levels of the signals on the I/O banks can range from 1.05V through 3.60V @ ±8mA.

Special functions include frequency generation (1 ch), frequency measurement (16 ch) and pulse width measurement (1ch). Over Voltage Protection (OVP) is present on the digital I/O pins up to 0.6V over the set voltage with a maximum of 6V.

Three other models of the JT 5111 are available. A desktop model and two built-in ‘fixture’ versions.
