Boundary-scan tailored to your production environment

No one offers you more choices in setting up boundary-scan in your production facility than JTAG Technologies.  Take advantage of the full-featured application sequencer from JTAG Technologies, or use your own existing runtime program to execute your boundary-scan applications. You're free to create a PC-based stand-alone station or to combine boundary-scan into almost any type of test system in-circuit testers, flying probe systems, or functional testers. In many cases, the combination of boundary-scan with another test method is advantageous because it can conserve factory floor space, reduce your operator training requirements, and reduce product flow logistics.

There's an extensive list of in-circuit and flying probe integration choices: Agilent 3070 (running either HP-UX or Windows), Teradyne TestStation, DigitalTest, Aeroflex, SPEA, Seica, and Takaya. And to combine with functional testing, you can choose to run National Instruments' TestStand with our custom step types specific for boundary-scan, or write your own program using LabVIEW, LabWindows, or virtually any other DLL-based language such as C++.
